2. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the lower 48 states in the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to win.
3. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on June 30 2025 and ends on [July 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST]. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. Prizes:
The total prize value is approximately $8,000 USD and consists of lawn care products including grass seed, fertilizer, backpack sprayers, and other branded merchandise. Exact prize items and values will be disclosed in the giveaway video. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected at random using a YouTube comment picker tool from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be announced on July 8th 2025 via a Community tab post and/or YouTube video. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Shipping:
Sponsor will cover shipping costs within the continental U.S. Prizes will be shipped within 2–4 weeks of confirmation. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the winner.
8. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the spirit of the giveaway.
